The Gold Summit property is located in the southwestern British Columbia, Canada, approximately 185 km north of Vancouver. The claims are 25 km northeast of the Bralorne-Pioneer gold mines; historical production of the camp is reported at about 4.15 million ounces of gold and 0.95 million ounces of silver from 7.9 million tons of ore, for a recovered grade of 0.53 oz / ton (Howlett 2003).
